We are honored to conduct this sale of a prominent Tuscaloosa collector, estate liquidator and all around great guy! There are so many quality items in this sale we are going to go three days to give everyone an opportunity to shop. There are tons of books! There are cookbooks, antiques guide books, books on cars and books on Mississippi and Alabama. Also available are University of Alabama Corollas (yearbooks) from 1920 to 1990, Tuscaloosa High School yearbooks, Tuscaloosa Junior High yearbooks and Auburn yearbooks.
He was also a fan of old cars. There are magazines, books, models and accessories of antique cars. Did we mention the stamp collection? Books of first day issue envelopes, bags of uncirculated stamps and old Victorian greeting cards.
There are silver coins and wheat pennies sold by the roll. Sterling silver flatware. Strasburg, Fiddle thread, Francis the 1st and other assorted silver flatware and hollow wear.
NOTE: It was stipulated in his will that certain people were to be given a chance to shop first. Therefore, we cannot promise that every item pictured will be available on the first day. But there is so much quality in this sale you will not want to miss it!!
The home is situated on a private drive in downtown Tuscaloosa. Parking is available on many side streets within easy walking distance of the home. You may pull up to the house to load.
